Is Huron Academic Endeavors for homeschool families?

Answer: Yes. We are a homeschool program, working with any family who chooses home-learning for their school experience. 

What is a hybrid homeschool program? How does it work?

​

Answer. Hybrid homeschooling is the Venn diagram of homeschooling.

In one circle, parents are teaching their children at home, in their home environment.

​

In the second circle, instructors are teaching and working with students in their school-like setting. Students are in a classroom, working alongside other students, taking elective classes, participating in group activities, and more. 

​

In the middle, crossed between the first two circles, is co-teaching. Parents and instructors work together to structure their at-home curriculum, homework and lessons to provide a balanced and personalized education for each student. Instructors rely on parents for active engagement and teaching at home, while parents have support and resources from other experienced classroom teachers.

What grades does Huron Academic Endeavors Center offer right now?

Answer. As we launch our first classes in September 2024, we are offering a full school program! Our classes now include Prek Kamp, Preschool, and Kindergarten - 12th grade!

Does Huron Academic Endeavors charge tuition?

Answer. Yes. There is an annual tuition fee. Please visit our Registration page for specific costs!

What elective classes is Huron Academic Endeavors offering?

Answer. September classes for our youngest students this fall will include elective classes geared towards their needs! This includes physical education, art and library time. 

How can I help support Huron Academic Endeavors as a non-profit entity?

How can I enroll my child in Huron Academic Endeavors?

Answer. You can enroll online! Follow the steps on our Register Your Family page to get started! Once we receive your online application for enrollment, a member of our team will reach out to finalize the details and approve your application. Please note, registering online is only an application, and your application could be rejected by our admissions team. We also have strict Code of Conduct policies that our students, parents and instructors must adhere to in order to stay enrolled at HAE.
